The Magnolia Project is a compilation of properties on the peninsula on the east side of the Ashley River from the Cosgrove Bridge down to the Charleston County Park and Recreation’s skateboard park. This is a compilation of grants starting in 1672 and includes the land known as the Rat Trap that was later inherited by Dr. Tucker Harris.
